A Fitness Challenge with a Deeper Purpose

Stay Strong. Move with Purpose.

Honor Their Memory.
What is Forever Strong?

Forever Strong Challenge is more than a workout plan — it's a community coming together to move with purpose and raise funds for families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss. You don't have to have lived this grief to show up for those who have. This is for beginners and advanced athletes alike, men and women, and everyone in between.

Move for more than yourself. ♡

4 Weeks of Strength & Movement
Functional fitness, mindful challenges, and progressive training designed for every level.
Honor & Remember
Every workout dedicated to a little one forever in our hearts — submitted by their families.
Community Support
Encouragement, accountability, and connection every step of the way.
Make an Impact
Challenge enrollment includes a contribution to Forever Ours Foundation — and direct donations go 100% to the families they serve.

"Let's move for more than ourselves. Every rep. Every step. Every choice — it all adds up to hope, healing, and help for families who need it most."

— Kristen, Elevate Life Fitness & Wellness
